Racheal (Rach) Potter
Rach Potter began her career in the Relocation industry after graduating from Baylor in 2001. She was the Vice President of Operations for a corporate housing company that ranked four years in a row on Inc. Magazine's 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America.
Rach is a largely networked professional and a natural and genuine connector of people which has been the foundation of her success in real estate sales. Rach is a multiple award-winning Keller Williams Broker Associate and D Magazine Top Residential Real Estate Producer 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024 + Best Real Estate Agent 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024. She has received her designation as a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from the Worldwide ERC - Workforce Mobility Association, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and an active member of the North Texas Relocation Professionals (NTRP).
Rach's success as a solo agent, along with her ability to attract top talent and local business leaders, led to her forming Housed Real Estate + Relocation- a group of Real Estate professionals with a strong business acumen, consistently focused on providing the highest level of client services with each transaction. Rach and family reside in North Dallas where she enjoys spending time with her 2 sons, gardening, and entertaining.

Katie Haver
Katie is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M Commerce with a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Katie was an Executive Director with Chick-fil-A responsible for operations, marketing, training, employee and leadership development. Katie assumes the same responsibilities for HOUSED as well as assisting buyers and sellers. She also spend time in the underwriting department at State Farm. In her spare time she enjoys crafting and DIY, is a lover of antiques and unique finds, coffee, spending time with her family, and being outside whether it's taking a bike ride, a walk around the neighborhood or attending an outdoor festival.

Charlotte Baines
Charlotte Baines was born and raised in Canada until the age of 13, before moving to the Great State of Texas and the Southlake, TX area. Charlotte attended to The University of Alabama majoring in Interior Design, Business and minoring in Public Relations.
Before joining the Housed Real Estate team, Charlotte was a licensed Realtor for two years at Keller Williams and the following three years she worked with a Dallas Interior Design firm.
Charlotte's experience as a licensed Realtor coupled with her Interior Design experience is a great fit for her current role at Housed. Charlotte has strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and system support skills.
In Charlotte’s spare time, she enjoys her continuing education courses, spending time with loved ones, walking the Katy Trail, spin classes, cooking and catching up on the latest shenanigans on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing series.

Brian Chesman
Brian Chesman is a top producing Realtor with Housed Real Estate Team, Keller Williams Realty helping people BUY, SELL and INVEST in real estate.
Brian has a reputation as an accomplished and seasoned sales executive who is able to anticipate his client's needs, effectively evaluate the marketplace and subsequently, exceed his client's expectations. As a result, Brian enjoys a loyal clientele of repeat customers, a strong referral base, and valuable contacts throughout the Dallas Metroplex.
Brian's clients appreciate his honesty, integrity, emotional intelligence, focus on service and communication skills. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of the distinct neighborhoods that comprise Dallas and the surrounding market.

Megan Thomas
North Texas native, Megan Thomas, has been in the Real Estate and Relocation industry for the past 10 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, her professional background was in Corporate Employee Relocation. Megan has assisted local and national Fortune 500 companies and thousands of corporate employees with home buying, home selling, temporary housing, van lines and all the logistics involved in moving transferees and their families in and out of the Dallas Metroplex, throughout the US, and internationally. Megan also served on the board of Texas Relocation Professionals for numerous years. Born and raised in Plano, Texas and a McKinney resident since 2007, Megan has seen the Dallas Metroplex grow from ranches and farms to bustling cities and suburbia, and knows each area intimately. As a full-time Realtor, Megan is dedicated to seamlessly guiding her clients through each step of the real estate process from start to finish; providing valuable insight and area expertise throughout and making each transaction a smooth one for you!

Stephen Crawford
Stephen is a Dallas area native; growing up in Richardson and graduating from the University of North Texas. Stephen has an extensive background in kinesiology, sports training, and rehabilitation along with a lengthy history of competitive sports including football, wrestling, and a multitude of endurance and ultra-endurance events. Stephen puts these endurance skills and abilities to use daily as a Realtor and advocate for his real estate clients. He takes great pride in the long lasting relationships he builds with clients and he never wavers in his relentless pursuit of helping them achieve their goals; guiding them through home buying and home selling processes and keeping their best interests at the forefront of all transactions and interactions. Stephen is a devoted father to two beautiful daughters and is impassioned by being engaged civically and serving others in his community. In his free time he enjoys being active in many Dallas area charitable organizations, most notably Bonton Farms, an organization devoted to providing locally grown food at affordable prices in impoverished Dallas communities.

Patty Moreno
Patty was born in Garland, Texas but grew up in Maryland. She got her first taste of real estate while working in the mortgage industry for several years. As most Texans do, Patty eagerly returned home to the Dallas area in 2012, later settling in and starting her own family in Plano while pursuing a successful career as a litigation consultant, helping attorneys and their teams with vital case matters. With a solid background in litigation, involvement with legal contracts and negotiations, coupled with her mortgage industry experience, Patty easily transitioned into the challenging and ever-changing world of real estate. Patty states that her biggest rewards as a Realtor come from the daily opportunities she’s given to walk alongside and guide families as they make one of the most important steps and biggest purchases of their lives; “It’s an honor and a privilege to share this with my clients”. When she is not ensuring that you have the right information, the best representation, and giving you peace of mind along the way - you will find Patty enjoying her free time supporting her children’s sports activities, volunteering at church, trying new recipes or taking adventurous road trips with her family. Patty is fluent in English and Spanish.

Alana Slatter
Alana Slatter is a native Texan and has lived in the North Dallas area since 1981. She has 21 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and brings that financial knowledge to the table to help her clients get the best deal. Alana attended the University of Kansas on a full basketball scholarship and earned a B.S. in Business Administration & Management. She also finished her MBA with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business two years later.
With Alana’s FP&A and athletic background, she offers a skillset in fierce negotiation and relentless pursuit in meeting each client’s personal needs. Years of playing in organized sports makes it very easy for her to partner with her clients to find the perfect property for buyers and the perfect buyer for sellers. Alana’s business acumen also allows her to smoothly guide her clients through the transaction process from beginning to end.
Alana enjoys spending free time with family and friends and watching as much basketball, football, and tennis as possible. Her passion is traveling the world experiencing new cultures in places like Hawaii, Mexico, Germany, and Bali.

René Henderson
René is a 13-year resident of Dallas. She grew up in Plymouth, Michigan a suburb of Detroit. From an early age, Rene had a love for interior design, architecture, and historic preservation. Prior to her career in real estate, she attended The Art Institute of Colorado and later earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. René has worked in Interior Design for Restoration Hardware, Neiman Marcus, and Studio 11 Design. She has experience in designing and managing small and large residential, retail, multi-family, and hospitality projects.
René has a passion for helping others – whether it be finding their perfect home, selling their current home or upgrading/renovating/modernizing their current living space by creating beautiful, functional interiors inspired by her client’s personal style.
René and her husband Ryan reside in North Dallas with their 3 children.

Candace Garrett
I have called the Dallas area home since the early 1990s and am proud to be deeply rooted in Texas, where my family has lived for generations. I currently live with my husband, his aging mother, our German Shepherd rescue, an orange tabby, and a lively flock of chickens. Outside of real estate, I enjoy adventurous activities, cooking, ranch work, and being an active member of my church community. My passion for family, adventure, and serving others naturally translates into my career, where I’m fully dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
As a licensed Broker Associate with Keller Williams Dallas Midtown, I’m proud to be a part of the Housed Real Estate team. In my role as Office Supervisor, I oversee approximately 100 agents and serve on the prestigious Agent Leadership Council. My commitment to the real estate community also extends to my volunteer work with the MetroTex Association of Realtors as a General Member of the MLS Board of Directors. Since earning my license in 2013, I’ve been recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2014 and have been named among D Magazine’s “Best Realtors” nearly every year since 2016. With over 80% of my business coming from referrals, I am grateful for the trust and satisfaction of my clients, and it would be my honor to assist you with your real estate needs.
Before transitioning into real estate, I worked as a Professional Home Inspector and served as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Association for Real Estate Inspectors. Although my home inspector license (#7451) is currently inactive, this background provides me with a strong foundation to guide clients and connect them with trusted professionals when needed.

Britney Conner
I am a born, raised, and proud Texan! I have lived most of my life in the Dallas area and have witnessed its remarkable transformation over the years. Most of my career was spent in a top tier global consulting firm which focused my dedication to customer service and was where I developed negotiation, strategy, and analytical skills. Deciphering market trends and predicting patterns became second nature.
Though I was successful in Corporate America, something was missing. I felt a calling for something more meaningful. Driven by a passion for real estate and real estate investing, I discovered my true purpose lies in serving others and making a positive impact. Guided by this passion, I find immense joy in helping families and individuals turn their home buying dreams into reality. My clients are my prime concern and I value being a trusted advisor at every step of the home buying process.
