Caroline Dingwall was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where she cultivated her love for the arts at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Her academic journey continued at the University of Southern California, where she decided the weather was too good to leave, staying for nine years.
During her time in California, Caroline pursued acting, a career that honed her exceptional time management, work ethic, and resilience. The demanding nature of the industry taught her the importance of adaptability and perseverance—skills she continues to apply in her professional endeavors. Caroline has also worked extensively in customer service, gaining invaluable insights into the importance of putting people first. This experience, spanning over 13 years, reinforced her belief that successful businesses are built on strong relationships and a commitment to exceptional service.
A pivotal moment in Caroline’s life came when she encountered a quote that emphasized the fleeting nature of time spent with loved ones: “If you see your parents once a year, in 10 years, you’ll only have seen them 10 times.” This realization prompted her to return to Texas to be closer to her family, a decision she cherishes deeply, especially after losing her father to cancer shortly after her return.
Caroline's diverse background in customer service, including roles in restaurant management, has equipped her with outstanding problem-solving abilities and communication skills. She is adept at anticipating and addressing issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
